Sara Shelton Mann Choreography Workshop

The workshop will focus on choreography and the discovery of a physical language and personal voice. Improvisation will be used to find how choices of the moment can be generated, remembered, and accessed to create original, disciplined and unique work. The class will include the creation of solos and its application to partnered and ensemble work within a workshop context that values process and dialogue. It will include showings with generous feedback designed to develop confidence, trust in intuition and energetic physical engagement. For Intermediate/Advanced students.
