Exploring the etheric body and its layers through dance. We will work from solo to duet to expand your performance vocabulary.
March 5: Becoming familiar with the states of the different layers of the etheric body
March 12: Journey into the message center of the heart. Touch, sound, chi, breath, dancing.
March 19: The practice of feeling, listening, and seeing through image and partnerships.
