I see the body as language
Calligraphy as sign language
The organs, the systems, the movement, the tethering to the emotional body, the analytic mind, or the spirit unfurled, the dragon ready to rise, the sea otter nethering, the hawk remembering the dinosaur, the love of life, the love of flight and the absolute crazy knowing of gravity – the rushing of the sand rivers in the Tibetan landscapes, the rapids in the sky – the opening of the clouds seeing a walker in the light thinking the end of the world is here. We are blessed.

Healing
Sara works with a dowsing rod to balance the etheric body, clear cords, and give you an energetic tune up. We find the tangles, strings and move to the root of an issue, remove the blockage and fill the space with Holy Light. There is integration time and sometimes homework. It is powerful and effective.

Performance
Sara’s art is of a piece with her healing work and political engagement: it is meant to reveal and transmit the story of our collective humanity—our potential for excellence, our danger—in a time of global change, chaos, and paradigm shift. It is an antidote to fear, doubt, and greed as the face of who we are.

Moving Alchemy
What if dancers could change the energy in the room? What would that look like? This book is the product of over 50 years of inquiry in pursuit of an answer to these questions.
Printed in full-color and filled with photographs, sketches, and hand-written notes, the book includes prompts to movement, writing, and reflection, instructions on deep listening (inner and outer), and tips to locating a reality that speaks with one’s own unique voice.
Erasing Time
“In collaboration with the photography of Robbie Sweeny, this book showcases fragments from the 2015 YBCA retrospective, Erasing Time, which explored themes from performance work over 50 years of collaboration. It was a terrific moment for me and it brought the community together from many generations. I am very proud to have had this opportunity and experience so much love and generosity that created the event.” — Sara Shelton Mann
